I agree that I am at least 21 years old, have health insurance, and understand that there are risks of injury when playing any sport, including adult kickball or any other sport NAKID offers. I agree to follow the rules NAKID has made for its sports and social events, and will treat others in a civil, respectable manner. I won't hold NAKID or any members of NAKID responsible for any injury or loss that may occur.

Once I register and pay, I understand that there are no refunds. I understand that my membership with NAKID may be cancelled without refund at any time and for any reason, most especially if I endanger or harrass other players, members, or non-members. Lastly, I have read the terms and conditions.

I promise to have fun, not take kickball too seriously, and meet as many new people as possible. I will only argue calls when drunk or it might help my team win (at flip cup). Finally, I will tell at least three people how great playing NAKID is. :)
