What does NAKID stand for?
No, Adult Kickball Isn't Dumb.
When and Where do we play?
We will effort to play at 3rd and Madison but may have to move depending on field space. As for when, that's up to you! Flag football is at 11am on Sundays. Mondays at 6:35 is ultimate frisbee. Bocce is Sundays at noon, kickball is Sundays at 1:00pm and 2:00pm, or 3:00pm and 4:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:35pm. Choose one or many, the more you play in the cheaper it costs per chapter.
Why should I join NAKID?
Because it is the best choice for Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday kickball. We also play Bocce and flag football on Sundays and Ultimate frisbee on Mondays. All the money goes back into the league and we have a great group of people who don't take the game too seriously.

Who are our sponsor bars?
Our sponsor bars for the Fall 2008 season are My Brother's Place and Hamilton's, both located near Constitution and Second St NW - just 2 blocks from our playing fields! It's closest to the red line metro stops of Judiciary Square and Union Station. We encourage all of out teams to head to the bar of their choice.
What are the bar specials?
Listed below are our bar specials for this season. You can get these special prices only if you are wearing your NAKID shirt. The good news is that no matter what day you play, just show up on Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday in your shirt and you can drink for cheap.

What skills do I need?
None, all levels of skill are welcome. This is a fun way to compete with people in a sport that is truly a level playing field and then meet a bunch of new people.
How many people are on team?
At least 20 for kickball and a maximum of 35. Teams may limit the number of players, but the price per player for those teams will increase. Bocce has a requirement of 5 and a maximum of 10.
What is the registration fee for?
Equipment, tee shirts, parties, prizes, trips, recruiting, and a bunch of other NAKID events that we will be hosting throughout the year.
Why should I choose NAKID instead of others?
Because we CARE about the players. You will always have someone to listen to and address your concerns, run the league fairly, and people who know what's happening with the league to talk to. And we just want to have fun.
How long is the season?
The season starts August 3 through October.
